Hi friends and Mr Razi ,welcome to my blog! We have to eat vegetables and fruits every day in order to be healthy. Some of the unhealthy food mosy adults and children love to eat .Examples: frend fries,hamburgars and soft drink(coke pepsi ...).It is important to eat healthy food because
it will keep your bones strong. And you will be fit and healthy.If you keep eating junk food or unhealthy food you will fall sick easily.Some of the diseases associated with eating unhealthy food is fewer, cought and more ...I like eating vegetables and fruits because it will give you nutritions and keep me fit.I support the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables because I want students in Anderson Pri to be healthy and do not want them to fall sick.I would tell them to buy more vegetables and fruits,if they had did this I would give them reward.
